Lighted Christmas Parade

CALL FOR ENTRIES!

The 2019 Winfield Main Street Lighted Christmas Parade is set to take place on Saturday, December 14th at 6:30 PM. The parade is presented by the Winfield Main Street Committee of the Winfield Area Chamber of Commerce and is sponsored by Community National Bank & Trust. The parade will take place on Main Street from 17th Avenue and end at 10th Avenue. 

The Winfield Main Street Committee is calling for entries of floats, marching bands, decorated vehicles, and equestrian units. The entry deadline is Friday, November 15, 2019. If we do not have enough entries by this date, the parade will be cancelled. 

In place of an entry fee, a donation to the Winfield Food Pantry is requested of each entry. Bring unperishable food item(s) to a drop off box at either the Winfield Chamber of Commerce or Community National Bank & Trust PRIOR to the parade. It is recommended to bring one food item for each person participating in your float/entry.

Winners will be announced in each category. In place of prize money, a monetary donation will be made to the Winfield Community Food Pantry in the winners’ honor.
